Delegations to the Development and Infrastructure Committee meeting or the Community and Corporate Services Committee meeting must register, either in writing, (fax 905-335-7675 or e-mail cityclerks@burlington.ca), online here or by telephone 905-335-7600, ext. 7458 with the Clerks Department, no later than 9:30 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Each delegation at the committee meeting will be allowed a maximum of 10 minutes to present their support or opposition to the matter before the Standing Committee.

I was inspired to seek public office because I believe, like so many of you, “I can do something about that” on the issues we face. As councilor, my role is to take a stand on what’s best for residents and go to bat for it. Pushback is inevitable from those who don’t have the community’s interests at heart. I will stand with you and for you, to achieve the best interests of our city, without caving to unacceptable compromise in the name of consensus.
