The city has just received a rezoning application for 2360, 2364 & 2368 New Street to amend the zoning on these lots from H-RM2 (Residential Medium Density) to RM2-exception zone, to allow for the development of 12 3-storey townhouse units.
You are invited to a neighbourhood meeting to learn more about the planning application, ask questions and share your comments.
