Ward 2 Bike Ride and Free Movie Screening

Location: Meet at City Hall, Civic Square, 426 Brant Street

Join me and the Burlington Cycling Committee on a casual bike ride of our downtown, followed by a free screening of Bike City, Great City, a documentary by David Chernushenko at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre at 7:15 p.m.

Bike City, Great City takes audiences on an uplifting ride through cities around the world that are embracing cycling as a convenient and healthy way to get around.

Crime Stoppers of Halton Golf Tournament

Cost: $200

Join Crime Stoppers of Halton at its 8th annual charity golf tournament supporting the work they do in our community. All money raised allows Crime Stoppers to offer a 24/7 phone service, pay out tip rewards and provide a community education program.

Entry fee includes 18 holes of golf (incl. golf cart), BBQ lunch, buffet dinner, $50 tax receipt, entertainment and more.
