City staff will be holding a Public Information Centre regarding proposed construction of 6 noise walls on the south side of Fairview St. from Brant St. to Argon Crt. Residents will have an opportunity to review the project drawings and timelines and to discuss any potential construction disruptions that may result from the proposed work.

AnchorTottering Biped Film Festival

The Tottering Biped Film Festival aims to support local and Canadian work, and in particular Burlington area filmmaking, by providing emerging artists with the opportunity to showcase their short films. For the 2014 Film Festival, TBT partnered with the Burlington Art Centre and local sponsors to create a 120% sold out event. 12 films were featured with 6 being Burlington area films. We’re looking forward to another great year in 2015. I’m excited to serve as one of the judges for the Saturday night screenings!

There have been numerous coyote sightings in our city. Join city staff to learn more about coyotes and other wildlife at one of the information meetings.
