Cogeco Video: City removes signs at Martha/Lakeshore; smaller signs return

In response to questions from residents, city bylaw staff investigated the signage at Martha & Lakeshore, site of a proposed 28-storey building which is the subject of an Ontario Municipal Board hearing in March 2016. Staff determined the signs did not comply with our bylaw, gave ample notice to comply, then removed the signs when they were not taken down voluntarily.

Residents may have noticed that smaller signs have reappeared on the site over the weekend. Our bylaw staff investigated this signage and determined the comply with our bylaw.

  2. I find it hard to believe that people are so ignorant to think somebody investing in at least $300,000 don’t know what they are doing.

  3. I find it so hard to believe that this company are allowed to sell condo’s to people that they don’t have permission for. They are taking people’s money for what? Pie in the sky. Is it really legal to do that?
