The annual downtown heritage Jane’s Walk is back May 6. Alan Harrington, Past President of the Burlington Historical Society and Freeman Station board member will host two walks of Downtown Burlington.
The walks will start and stop at the Tourism Burlington office at 414 Locust Street (Visitor Information Centre).
The first walk will begin at 10 am and route past the Queen’s Head Hotel, to City Hall and the cenotaph, down Ontario Street and the many homes to the Gingerbread House, across to St. Luke’s church and Apeldoorn Park before heading back to the Tourism office for refreshments.

Time: 10 am (60 min walk)
Start and Stop locations: The tour will start and stop in front of the Visitor Information Centre/Tourism Burlington office at 414 Locust Street

The details of a second walk are currently being finalized, to begin at 11:15 heading towards Brant Street and the east side of the downtown core.
Once those details are finalized they will be posted on the Heritage Burlington website.
