Central Park Trellis being replaced
The wooden trellis at the Central Park Rose Garden has reached the end of its lifespan and will be replaced this fall. The new trellis will be a steel structure with wood composite accents, designed to complement the architecture of Central Library.
The work will also include replacement of the stone patio with concrete to provide an accessible surface that matches the adjacent walkway. The construction is scheduled to start in October, with completion by early spring next year.
A notice of construction will be posted on the city’s webpage.
